As I sit behind those wagging tails and hard pulling dogs, I have a lot of time to think. I think of what was, what could have been, what I want, what I need, what THE HECK WAS THAT! Yesterday it was a beautiful white-tailed doe hurdling my swing dogs (dogs right behind my leaders) while we were moving down the trail! It seems like whenever I am distracted by my life while I’m training the dogs something happens and brings me back to reality. It’s funny how that happens!
Fall training for the team is starting to be full swing! After a pretty fun and uneventful drive from Alaska me and the team are "stuck" in Minnesota while the truck (AKA "Rowdy) is being repaired!! You know its not good when you smell car fluid smell and have an oil like substance smeared all over the back of your truck and trailer... Sigh... I should be well on my way to being a certified mechanic at this point... The good part in all of this was that I had PLANNED on bei
